Private cooking & events

It could be your wedding, your third date, your Hen-do or a family Barbecue Party. All of our menus are bespoke, seasonal and designed (after a brief free consultation) with your taste in mind. We will do all the shopping, provide all the crockery and cutlery (if required), cook, serve and then leave your kitchen cleaner than when we found it. Ask also about our whole event packages — from marquees to photography, waiters to cup cakes.

Canapés

  • Alaskan crab legs
    with caper mayonnaise
  • Chargrilled cep
    with garlic and lemon
  • Mini squid and mackerel burger
    with aioli
  • Truffled pumpkin soup shot
    with a duck ragout
  • Chicken liver parfait
    with brioche crostini and red onion jam
  • Salted pork crackling
    with spiced gooseberry compote

Starters

  • Pressed and spiced belly of pork
    with roast langoustine, cauliflower cream and samphire
  • Seared gilt head bream
    with spring onion and ginger veloute and spiced pistachio dust
  • Carpaccio of marinated beetroot
    with young Ragstone goats cheese and aged Cabernet vinegar reduction

Main courses

  • Sticky braised oxtail
    with duck fat roast potatoes with a corn and chive puree
  • Spring lamb tasting: braised shoulder shepherds’ pie, pink roast fillet and devilled kidney
    with minted pea and feta fritters
  • Poached halibut in a prawn bisque
    with broad beans, saffron and crispy prawn tails
