These are some pictures of some of my food – I’ll add more as time goes on. Some of these were taken in Verbier when I was head chef for Europe’s best chalet company Ski Verbier. Thanks to Debbie, Bryony and their team for allowing me to reproduce them here. Seriously – go on holiday with them, they are really good.
